Spec Shoppe, Inc. is seeking a motivated Optometrist to join our business! The Spec Shoppe, Inc. is a private, family owned optical business with two locations in northwest Missouri. Our current Optometrist staff members are looking to retire after 24 years of employment. We have the business and market capability to expand our appointment schedule. Optometrists on our team are paid a full private pay rate or full insurance copay + reimbursement for each patient they see. This payment structure allows our Optometrist to be as aggressive in their pay scale as they would like.
