Triad area or Triangle area of NC – Clinical Field Director

Clinical Field Director.  This is a full-time position with base salary plus bonus.  The OD would have a territory of roughly 10 clinics, and split their time between management of those clinics and doctors, and patient care covering for PTO for the doctors in their clinics.  It is a wonderful role for the doc who wants more than an exam lane career, who wants to be involved in the business and in helping shape the direction of this strong entity. Ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience that can commit long term. Lucrative compensation plan and benefits.
