The 2nd Annual Neuroscience Showcase was held in the UMSL Patient Care Center (PCC) on Friday, April 20th. The event was organized by the Center for Neurodynamics at UMSL and included a keynote speaker and poster presentations from students involved in neuroscience research on campus. The keynote speaker this year was Dr. Jeffrey Zacks, Professor and Associate Chair of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Washington University. The Center for Neurodynamics includes faculty from Physics, Psychology, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Philosophy, MIMH, Education, and Optometry. Dr. Carl Bassi, Professor at the College of Optometry, spearheaded the College’s important role in this program.
