The practice has multiple locations in Louisiana and still growing. 165k base salary, lucrative production bonus, relocation package, and SIGN ON BONUS! The optometrist will have a full support team to see patients. There are multiple exam rooms for the provider, multiple exams rooms for the work up technicians, scribe, and lead tech. Latest in specialty testing and diagnostic equipment. Personal workspace will also be provided. Clinic is open Monday through Saturday 8am-5pm. Incoming physician must meet 40-hour work week requirement. Lafayette, LA has a drawing area of approx. 500,000 people. The city has great food, festivals, a major university, general friendliness, great access, and is probably the best kept secret in LA. Almost no one wants to leave once they are there!
